Detailed Answer:
Hello,

I carefully read your query. Very likely you have a problem with your stomach which can be gastritis or peptic ulcer disease which is causing you to have the bloating right after eating.

It is important to know for how long you have had these symptoms and how they are progressing (are they the same or getting worse) and if you have other symptoms like dark black stools, which would indicate bleeding from the stomach. Bleeding from the stomach sometimes can be in small amounts but for a long time and the patient might not know he is bleeding but gradually develop anemia which may cause the rest of the symptoms you mentioned (headache, dizziness, etc).

It is important to know if you are using any medications for other reasons, over the counter (ibuprofen) or prescription medications for other conditions as medications sometimes can cause certain side effects.

Generally stomach problems after the age of 45 need good check with the doctor and possibly an endoscopic examination where a camera is put through a tube from the mouth to the stomach and the stomach is checked for lesions. If lesions are visible the doctor will take material to rule out H. Pylori (a bacteria that favors development of peptic ulcer disease and needs antibiotics if present) and material for biopsy to rule out cancer.

To conclude I would say:
- it is very important to have a check with the doctor and possibly have an endoscopic examination of the stomach to rule out lesions (ulcer and sometimes tumors) that might be causing the symptoms.
- The doctor might also ask for some blood tests to rule out anemia like CBC and iron levels to make sure you don't have anemia
- Blurred vision and ringing in the ears can happen with anemia but are also symptoms that happen with neurological conditions so the doctor will need to do a thorough physical examination including neurological exam and a good heart examination.
- At the moment till you are able to see your doctor you can help with the bloating by taking frequent small meals (eating 5-6 times small amount of food than 2-3 times big amount of food in a day), avoiding coffee, alcohol, smoking (even passive smoking), avoiding acidic food, spicy food, fat food and fried or junk food. Omeprazole can be taken 1-2 tablets a day to help with the symptoms. Even if you feel better with these you still need to see the doctor to rule out important conditions.

I hope this answers to your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Kind regards,
