Question : I have browny coloured semen
About 6 weeks ago I had a very small reddish lump on the shaft of my penis and the same day got very swollen glands in my groin.
Shorty after this I noticed that I had tiny orange spots in my semen.
It may also be worth mentioning that I suffer from severe health anxiety which is making this worse.
I didn%E2%80%99t masturbate or have sex for around 6 weeks as I was scared to. But last week I noticed that now my semen has a very light brown tinge, different to before but not white. My testicles haven%E2%80%99t changed and are normal and I have even felt my own prostate and that seems normal to me. My urine is also clear.
I am slightly panicking as this obviously isn%E2%80%99t normal and I always assume the worst.
I would appreciate any advice

I think you should get further evaluated doing STD tests and do an urethral secretions smear.
The symptoms you are having may be related to infection and especially sexually transmitted ones.
Please get tested and upload the results to me.
We can't think about prostate issues without testing STD.
Hope I have answered the question.

Brief Answer:
It is recommended to test Chlamydia and gonorrhea first.
Detailed Answer:
Hello dear and thank you for asking again.
It is good you are going to test Chlamydia and gonorrhea because they can cause it.
They are sexually transmitted diseases and can cause the rash, lymph nodes and discharge.
If they are negative then you can think of prostate issues.
