Question : I have bumps on my feet and they seem to be spreading. They do not itch or anything have had them for several years now. I have supplied photos. Was wondering if I should use an anti fungal. Or perhaps a bleach/water soak or apple cider vinegar.

Hello and welcome to ask a doctor service. I have reviewed your query and viewed the images.

I can see multiple dry, scaly, red bumps on feet. They seem to be of eczematous origin. I suggest you to use a moisturizer regularly. In addition I suggest you to use a potent topical steroid ointment e.g either clobetasol propionate or betamethasone dipropionate ointment, twice daily.
