Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to ask a doctor service
I have gone through your query and understand your concern.
Hailey-Hailey disease is a genetic disorder characterised by blisters and erosions usually in the skin folds.
It has a relapsing and remitting course.
The rash is worsened by trauma, heat, injury and sun exposure.
Try to avoid triggers like excessive sweating, sun exposure.
Wear loose fitted cotton clothes, stay in cool airy environment.
Use sunscreen and moisturizing cream regularly.
Use antifungal and antibacterial cream in case of super added infection,
Avoid activities leading to increased friction.
These measures will help in avoiding recurrences and patient can lead a partly normal life.
