Hello,
The symptoms seem to be related to gastrointestinal issue.
The presence of constipation and gas in the intestine can cause your symptoms.
I recommend to do an electrocardiogram to exclude cardiac issues.
I also suggest to use Simethicone medication and laxative to treat constipation.
