Question : I have chest pain when stretching or sitting in certain positions. It seems to come from the right side of the top of the sternum. No other symptoms at this point. It was more severe weeks ago, but now its still has shriek of pain if i'm arching my back to my chest/twisting torso

Brief Answer:
Any trauma?

Detailed Answer:
Hi Clydegarlich123,

What you describe sounds completely benign, but certainly annoying. It is probably caused by a locked sterno-clavicular joint or intercostal myosis. I suggest you see a chiropractor for this.

Hope this is helpful. Let me know if you have further questions.

No trauma, but I have been in the gym heavy and I believe that’s what could of caused it.

With the virus. People aren’t accepting new patients at the chiropractor. Anything I can do at home to try and remedy it?
