Question: I have cold again and again and dry caugh and some time some blood with sputom I saw the doctor and told for blood test and xray and pulmonary test but in result every thing is normal I have this problem from last 8 year and in winter I have more difficulty

Bronchitis is commonly seen in winters and this can cause hemoptysis (blood in sputum).
In my opinion, you should start inhaled bronchodilators (formoterol or salmeterol) and inhaled corticosteroid (ICS) (budesonide or fluticasone).
