Question : Sir from past few I have cold and I have taken without consulting o2 tablet 3times a day for 4 days with paracetamol. And now I m facing issues like vomiting . Desentry and slight temperature in body.

Thanks for the query.
It is unlikely related to your pill and probably a gastroenteritis or stomach flu.
Most often it will settle by itself without any complications.
As of now you can drink plenty of water or ORS to prevent dehydration.
If symptoms persists a stool routine examination has to be performed.
