I have read your query.
In my opinion, sinusitis should be considered and evaluated further in your case.
Blood tests for the inflammation levels and a CT scan or MRI of the head are necessary for a correct diagnosis.
An evaluation by an ENT Doctor also is necessary.
In mean time you can use OTC drugs for the pain such as Tylenol Or Advil.
If no problems with sinusitis after such examinations then you should see your Neurologist.
