Question : I have continuous fever which has not gone down in 2 days.
I have a runny nose and full body ache.
and a little bit of dry cough

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome here,

This seems like a viral fever and it may take a few days to recover. Fever is already helping in killing the virus, so you may take crocin 500 mg upto 2-3 times a day when fever is more than 102. Drink lots of water and hot fluids.
You may take the following to reduce the secretions:
- Tab Cetirizine 5 mg before sleeping for 2-3 days
- One spoon of honey mixed with a pinch of black pepper and turmeric powder take twice a day for 3 days

This should help in faster recovery. If symptoms get worse then a course of antibiotics maybe needed under supervision of a doctor.
