Question: I have cortical volume loss in both kidneys

This was taken 8 months

Ago 1.2 creat

63 gfr

I feel like not enough urine although its ok

It says cortical loss is malignent
Well the report says volums loss doesnt that come with age
Is this different then necrosis
Is this a cancer
Will dialyses help if it gets worse
U need to get rechecked blood

tract, electrolyte disturbances , malignancy and others.

1. Current symptoms in details as abdomen pain, nausea, burning urination
fever or else ?
2. What amount of urination do you pass during 24 hours period ?
3. Any swelling involving legs ?
4. Alteration in appetite, weight in recent time ?
5. History of diabetes , high BP or other systemic manifestations ?
6. List of current medications if any ?
7. If available, kindly provide report as an attachment in follow up discussion

* As per the details, your report of serum electrolytes, kidney function in
terms of creatinine and other parameters are quite fine and there is high
random blood sugar value of 150 mg/dL

If there is fasting blood sugar or HB1Ac report available, it would be better to comment over the same as well.
