I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

From your description it seems to be common cold which is viral in nature.

You can take tablet cetrizine 5 mg before sleeping for 2-3 days.
Tablet paracetamol 500 mg 3-4 times a day if fever is more than 102.

Cough seems to be due to irritation of throat and you can suck strepsils for soothing of throat.
If it continues or gets worsened please get examined by ENT specialist.
