This cough and pain is there for last three days. Sometimes there is no cough for few hours and then it comes back again.
Will steam help or do you suggest any antibiotic like Azithromycin

Yes I do suggest antibiotics for lung infection

Hi again

It is better to confirm lung infection on chest XRay. Also ECG for heart issues.
For lung infections, I usually suggest antibiotic Tab Co-Amoxiclav 625 twice a day for 3 days or more.
