I have gone through your query.
I would recommend you to apply a gel containing combination of adapelene 0.1 percent and benzoyl peroxide 2.5 percent ( Epiduo gel) on the affected area at night for 1 hour and then wash your face with plain water.
This will help in resolving the acne.
