Thank you. I used a friend's monitor to check my blood sugar. It was 135, so normal. I'm going to keep checking to make sure.
I had an ECG at the ER on 8/9, which was not discussed with me but I found in my discharge papers. It says, "Sinus bradycardia; cannot rule out anterior infarct, age undetermined; abnormal ECG." I plan to take the read out to my primary care physician and also ask for a stress echocardiogram.
Thank you again.

I was recently visited by a home health aid. My blood pressure was 98/83. She said I should increase my salt intake to increase my bp. At my doctor's office during the same week, I was 120/70 and he is telling me to be on a low sodium diet. Can you clarify and tell me where to find a good example of a low-sodium diet?
