Brief Answer:
Antinflamatory drugs such advil or naproxen should be used.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear, welcome to Ask a doctor service.
I read your query and here is my advice.

If you want to treat bursitis fast rest is essential. You should reduce your sports activities and also reduce the everyday movement in order to help it heal.
Also you should use ice first 48 hours and then use warm compresses.
Use antinflamatory drugs such advil or naproxen for pain relief and inflammation.
Also you can apply diclofenac gel to use over skin.

Hope I have answered the question.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
