Question : I have developed rough and irritated skin on the inside of both thumbs.
It does not have blisters and is not very red.

I am gluten intolerant.

I have been using cortisone as a treatment

Perhaps you have either Contact Dermatitis or Eczematous dermatitis. I request you to kindly upload a few images of the affected area in " reports section " so that I am able to have a look at your skin and guide you accordingly.
