Brief Answer:
Regarding skin infection

Detailed Answer:
Hello ,

I would suggest a pus culture sensitivity which would guide the ultimate choice of oral antibiotics. In the mean time I would suggest empirical oral antibiotics e.g either Amoxicilin with clavulanate combination (500mg +125mg) or Cephalexin 500mg three times a day.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if you need any more assistance.
Thanks.

Brief Answer:
Oral antibiotics

Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Beta lactum group of antibiotics work really well for streptococci. I would advice you to take oral faropenem or imepenem for 10 to 14 days. These are prescription drugs.
Take care
