The symptoms are more likely to be related to forunculosis. It is an infection of the hair follicles.
I suggest you to use anti-inflammatory medications such as Ibuprofen 400 mg three times a day.
I also suggest using antibiotics such as Bactrim daily. These are prescribed antibiotics, so you should consult your doctor about the treatment.
Hygiene is very important. You should wash your hands before contact with the furuncle.
You should clean the area with rubbing alcohol and cover it with antibiotic ointment.
This procedure should be done two or three times a day.
