Question : I have diagnosed with Acromegaly, found microadenoma of 6 MM and underwent surgery to remove the Tumor on 19th Jul -2018,

After 6 weeks, I got hormonal lab results, GH Range is 0.31 ng/ml (Fasting) seems normal and IGF1 is 410.00 ng/ml seems little high. And also you can see other Hormonal results.(Attached lab results)

I have attached Lab results before surgery, can you please check and let me know if everything is fine and future course of actions?

And also my neurosurgeon had advised me not to sneeze, but some time I get sneezing, do you see any issue with the same?

Last point, I met endocrinologist, he suggested me to store my sperms in Bank, is this needed? Is there any impact on the same due to this surgery?

future coursr- 3 monthly follow up. hormonal profile. GH, TSH, FT4, LH FSH, T, PROLACTIN, CORTISOL.
sperm preservation- good idea , if you are not having children now. you may require them later when planning a family.
sneezing - avoid 6 weeks

Dear sir, Alcohol in moderation is not a problem , just remember moderation in amount , frequency and alcohol percentage of the drink.
