Question : Respected sir, recently I have diagnosed with ulcer.I have lower abdominal pain in right side and burning sensation.sir is there any major concern regarding the disease and any other test for further evaluation ? & please provide some medicine. Waiting for your kind response...

Hi ,
I understand your concern.
Please send me concerned reports where you had been diagnosed with ulcer.
If its a acidity related ulcer then worthwhile taking an antacid like pantoprazole twice a day for a month.
In addition try following things and see how you feel
1. go regular walk
2 avoid painkillers
3. avoid sleeping two hrs after meals
4. exercise regularly
5. avoid stress
