Question : Hi Actually I have discomfort in my right Testicle from 1 and half week more ofen when I ejecuate. I checked with one doctor he says it's vericose vein. and doctor did blood test is normal but some sign of inflamation.I am very worried. Please suggest I don't have good dr near by due to covid

ejaculation may be part of varicocele or inflammation involving seminal
vesicles , testicle or prostate may be secondary consideration.

1. Details about testicle discomfort as type , intensity , frequency of pain.
2. Associate difficulty in urination ?
3. Any visible swelling over scrotum ?
4. Do you feel any abnormal soft tissue fullness at the root of testicle which
is area just touching the groin at the end of scrotal sac upper border ?
5. Any relation with strenuous work, weight lifting or other maneuvers ?
