Brief Answer:
Are you symptomatic at rest???
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
From what I understand you have symptoms on walking? Do you have the dizziness at rest / while lying down too?
Do you notice room spinning sensation or is it unsteadiness only?
Are your running fever, headache, vomiting, ear pain or hearing disturbance?
Do you have any known medical conditions such as diabetes, high blood pressure, thyroid disorder, heart ailment or others?
Awaiting your response...
Regards

Brief Answer:
You will need evaluation...
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Your description seems to be postural vertigo. It is important to identify the cause. Causes could be due to high blood pressure, autonomic disturbance, electrolyte and metabolic changes, thyroid hormone disturbance, blood sugar changes and few other systemic ailments including anemia, cardiac ailment, neurovascular disorder and inner ear problems. Without an opportunity to physically examine and investigate, I am not be able to pinpoint the specific cause.
Therefore I encourage you to see a local doctor. You will need a battery of tests. Further management is based on test results.
In the interim, avoid abrupt changes in posture. Walk with support and never walk alone / go to heights.
Hope this helps. Let me know if you need clarifications.
