Hi, I do apologize I changed that information for my friend on a previous question. I am a 20 year old male, I am not diabetic and have never had unprotected sex, although I have performed oral sex.

Seems to be due allergic reaction .

Thanks for update and feedback and uploding photographs .

It seems to be allergic reaction due to oral sex .

You need to take broad spectrum antibiotic like Cefixime along with anti inflammatory drug like Diclofenac twice daily.along with topical anti allergic steroid cream for local application . twice daily.

Ensure to wash your genitals with warm water twice daily.Do not use any soap or chemical .

Ensure to avoid sexual encounters till it heals up completely.

Hi, thanks for the feedback. I was just curious as to whether it could be an allergic reaction to washing detergent as I've also had dry skin developing on my nipple. I would also like you to take a look at these spots, I wanted you to identify if you thought it looked like herpes (spots located on butt cheek and stomach). I would normally get a sexual health check but the clinic is closed due to Coronavirus. Thanks :)
