                                            Question : I have experienced oral lichen planus in 2013 which resolved with 2 years of homeopathy medicines..Now I have experienced it again..I have started homeopathy again..There is a red/brown spot on left lower cheek near last lower teeth since last 20 days..There are white STRIKE too which come and go.. kindly look at this brown/ red spot..Are these inflamed blood vessels? kindly have a look..I m using antoxid MULTI VITAMIN and kenacort oral paste..

                                    Dear Dr No cheek bite..Its not painful or sensitive...It came along with white Striae 20 to 25 days back..Is it oral Lichen planus inflammation sir? what can be added extra..Should I apply kenacort daily...I dont apply it daily..Anymore thing to add or medicine like steroid to get rid of inflammation..
