Question : I have experienced very rapid weight gain (2 lbs per day) accompanied by fatigue and distended abdomen (I look about 7mos. Pregnant) which I’ve never had before. When I eat I feel full almost immediately, suffer from acid reflux so badly that I have to sleep at an incline on my back, and constipation. After I eat my belly swells so much my skin feels tight.

Very likely your symptoms are suggestive of hypothroidism.
Go to the nearest lab and get a throid profile done.
Follow up with reports.
Once medicine is started all your symptoms will settle down.

For acid reflux and gastritis take over the counter Omeprazole 40 mg twice daily you would be relieved in few days.
