Question : I have extreme pain in my neck that has gotten daily. I have little movement in my neck up or down or sideways.

I have read your query and here is my advice.

In my opinion, cervical spine degerative disease ( spondylosis ) is a condition to consider and evaluate further in your case.

Besides getting evaluation by your Doctor, imaging studies such as cervical spine x-rays and MRI are necessary for a correct diagnosis.

In mean time, warm procedures on your neck, wearing a soft cervical collar, besides ibuprofen, are necessary steps to ease your symptoms.
