Take Dolo 650 thrice a day for 5 days and observe

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

For fever you can take Tablet Dolo 650 three to four times a day.

And for cough you can take any over the counter cough syrup, 5 ml two to 3 times a day.

If you feel breathless and extremy tired even after walking a few steps, then please get tested for COVID and follow the advise of your local doctor based on the findings.

You should also do gargling with Chlorex mouth wash 3 to 4 times a day.

You can take Tablet Ceeplus once a day for 15 days.
