1. Do you have persistent fever for the last 10 days Or is it intermittent?
2. If it is intermittent does the temperature vary in a single day or is the fluctuations noticed in days?
3. How sever is the fever? low / moderate / high - Have you tested temperature with a thermometer?
4. Do you have cough with sputum? If yes, may I know the quantity, color, smell?
5. Do you have chest pain / breathing difficulty?
6. What other symptoms (if any) do you have?
7. Have you seen doctor / run test / taken treatment? - If yes, may I know the details.
