Hello,

It could be due to some viral infection. I will advise to Get RT-PCR done. If it is positive then following are needed
- Isolate yourself in a room with attached washroom. Relax there most of the time, donot watch bad news etc. Should sit adequate sunlight everyday for few hours. Yoga and meditation help deal with stress.
- Dcombiflamfor fever needed only if fever goes above 101
- Continue steam inhalation
- Watch of SPO2 levels. If it goes less than 90 or you develop chest pain, difficulty in breathing, or any other alarming symptoms, then time to go to doctor
- Keep a stock of medicines like cetirizine, asthalin syrup, amoxi-clav 625mg at home. Cetrizine helps reduce mucous in airways, asthalin helps breath better and amoxi-clav 625mg helps fight bacterial infection that may super-impose a covid lung infection
- You may also take Tab Kabasur-Kudineer once or twice a day for fighting Covid virus the natural way
