Brief Answer:
Looks to be a skin problem, not related to fibrocystic breast.

Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Thanks for your query and the photo.
Little light circles on the skin of breast you have mentioned may not be related to the fibrocystic disease of breast or constant touching.
This may be a skin disease for which you have to consult a dermatologist for evaluation, diagnosis and treatment if need be.
Please stop touching and evaluating constantly.
Montgomery's tubercles are sebaceous (oil) glands that appear as small bumps around the dark area of the nipple as seen in the photo.

I hope, this answer helps you. Please give feedback.

So this isn’t cancer related? Right?

Brief Answer:
As detailed

Detailed Answer:
Little light colored circles on the breast is not suggestive of cancer.
Skin changes include puckering, dimpling, a rash, or redness of the skin of the breast. There may be a rash or redness of the nipple and the surrounding skin in some patients. The skin might look like orange peel or the texture might feel different. These are the commonly seen changes.
But it is regular follow up, clinical examination by a Doctor/Surgeon, Mammograph, Ultrasonography, FNAC and/or biopsy that gives a better diagnosis.

I hope this helps you further.
