Brief Answer:
You should get self isolated.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear, welcome to Ask a doctor's service.
I read your query and here is my advice.

There is no known increased death rate from covid19 in people suffering from fibromyalgia, erythromelalgia, Raynaud's phenomenon and IBS but there is an increased risk of death as ages increases.
Also there is increased risk of getting severely sick and needing hospitalisation, intubation and probably binding to a respiratory machine.
So even though you don't have an increased risk of dying from covid19 you should get self isolated to prevent getting severely sick and infecting others.
Also some studies show that people recovered from covid19 have reduced lung function for all lifelong.

Hope I have answered the question.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
