Question : I have flu like symptoms,some vomiting a little diarrhea.All have stopped still feeling stomach quisness,but have concern because of black stool.I am 4days in and still having black looking stool.Should I go to dr tomorrow?or what should I do?

I have gone through your query and here is my advice.

As per your history, there can be several causes for black stools which should get evaluated.

Please let me know :
Do you have history of heartburn/acidity, decreased weight?

Are you taking any other medications as iron supplements and bismuth based medications can cause black stools.

Still for further assessment I would suggest you to consult with gastroenterologist for detailed clinical examination.

S/he may procure complete hemogram, stool analysis, computed tomography abdomen, upper GI endoscopy/colonoscopy SOS as per evaluation to rule out any other possibilities for gastric ulcer/inflammatory bowel disease/any other abdominal lesion/polyp.

Further treatment mainly depends upon the underlying condition.

For abdominal pain, you can take tablet dicyclomine and tablet acetaminophen(tablet cyclopam).

Along with that keep yourself hydrated. Take balanced soft diet. Avoid hot and spicy food. Do blood pressure monitoring.
