Generally i take Citrizine or Allegra for this which was suggested by a skin specialist on my last consultation 6-7 Months back. if i take any of these medicine I get relief for 2-3 days only. Generally this happens on Arms, chest or on Belt Area where ever some thing is little tight and impacting blood circulation.

Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Images can be uploaded in, "Reports Section". You ma also mail me the Images at YYYY@YYYY with the subject line of the mail as Attention:Dr. Kakkar.
You seem to have, Hives/ Acute Urticaria which present as itchy, transient wheals. Underlying causes can be infections (viral, bacterial, fungal etc), certain foods and food preservatives, oral medications, physical causes like change of temperature and pressure etc. Treatment is avoidance of underlying causes and symptomatic treatment with oral antihistamines like cetrizine and the like. I suggest you to continue with cetrizine 10mg tablet for a somewhat longer duration like 2-3 months, regularly. You may use a soothing lotion e,.g calamine lotion to calm down the rashes whenever they happen.
Take care
