I Have Frequent Pvcs. Multifocal, And Sometimes I Have Couplets,

Explanation on factors that determine the significance of PVCs
Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome to Ask a Doctor service,
I carefully read your query and understand your concern.
The clinical importance of PVCs depends on several factors such as the presence of symptoms while these PVCs happen, presence of structural problems and frequency if PVCs.
Every patient that has PVCs should have a heart ultrasound to see if there is any structural problems such as enlarged heart chambers or problems with the heart valves. Another examination is stress test, to see if exercise causes PVCs.
If your PVCs happen only a few times a day, you do not get any complaints with them (no chest pain or shortness of breath) and the heart ultrasound and stress test are normal then these are benign PVCs.
If you get symptoms, the heart ultrasound or stress test are abnormal or if PVCs are frequent then they are important and specific imvrstigations and treatment is needed.
I hope this answers your query. I remain at your disposal in case further medical assistance is needed.

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome back,
If you have a normal heartbeat (normal ultrasound) this makes PVCs less dangerous. Also, it is the frequency of the PVCs that is very important over being multifocal. Thus, if they are not frequent, they are not worrisome.
You will need regular follow up though with ECG and for any complaint you will need to see your doctor. So, you have to keep an eye on it. If they are getting more frequent the doctor needs to consider treating them.
I would recommend you to have your thyroid checked (TSH blood test) and electrolytes as these may affect the heart rhythm.
