Question: I have generalised anxiety disorder for past 7 years and it was subsided. Since 2 weeks I started having panic attacks again and this is happening frequently. Went for a blood check and it came out that Vit d3 was 5.8 and B12 was 120. Have been taking B12 shots and D3 supplements as advised by Doctor. But the panic attacks and anxiety issues are still interfering a lot. This usually happens when there is cry, loud noise, traffic and crowd. I feel like I'm stuck. Sometimes it also happens when I'm at home.
