Question : I have given approximatly 8 ml Ambrolite S to my 2 years old son that too without meals..just breastfed him for 5 minutes..I am so worried about any serious side effect. He is sleeping right now..

Considering above composition and his weight around 12 to 14 kg, you can give 6 to 7 ml syp. Ambroxol three times a day.

Along with that watch for symptoms fever, breathing difficulty, sore throat, cough with phlegm than I would suggest you to consult with pediatrician for detailed clinical examination.
