Brief Answer:
Kindly upload report

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome to Ask A Doctor service.

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Your current sugar level is in control, however long term control is not there. You must have a glucometer at home and measure fasting blood glucose regularly while having dietary restrictions on sugar intake. Regular exercise is also needed. Repeat the test in 3 months.

Your lipid profile is also deranged and you must lower the intake of fatty foods like cheese, butter, ghee, cream, cakes, pastries etc. Regular exercise. Repeat the test in 6 months.

Your SGPT is also deranged. Do you consume alcohol or take any medicines?
Any history of jaundice or recent fever etc? Can you upload the report as I need to check the units and laboratory reference. Drink cleaner water with least TDS. Also can take Syrup Liv 52 1 tsp twice a day for 2 weeks. Repeat the test in 2 weeks.
