Question : I have had the Oxford covid vaccine one week ago, yesterday 5 days after vaccine I have got a red patch on my arm. Its not itchy just a warm red patch. I am worried about a serious allergic reaction. This won't happen a week after will it? I am so scared. I had side effects day after vaccine with flu like symptoms which is now better but now got this. Please help ASAP as this is causing severe panic attacks. Thanks so much

I see the photo you attached and the arm is red near the injection site.
I don't believe that this can be a serious allergic reaction, you should not worry about it.

It is a reaction of your body to any of the vaccine components or a delayed immune system response which can happen a week after vaccination. This is nothing to worry about.
