Question : I have growth like
A pimple on the lip of my vagina. I thought it was a heat sore or a sore where my panties rub. To make it short, I tried to pop it but is all that did was make it leak some blood and goo. I do not have insurance at the moment. I was thinking about using a hot compress.

I read your query and here is my advice.

I think it can be folliculitis inflammation or infection of hair root.
It can happen only in part of skin where his grows. Shaving often can make infection possible.
You can use antibiotic ointment over it.
Don't shave it for a while to stop irritation and use cotton underwear.
