Question : I have had a 40 hour migraine. Severe pain. Exhausted from no sleep. Drank a lot of water and fluids yesterday. I could tell I was getting dehydrated. Now my urine has been clear for about 19 hours. What does this mean ?

Are you sure it is migraine? Have you tried it before? And, more importantly, have rehydration helped with the headache? It is important to consider other causes, e.g. meningitis, intracranial bleeding, hypertension, etc.
