Question : I have had a cough since last Saturday. It hasn't been a dry cough as described in the COVID-19 symptoms. I have taken my temperature the last few days, but no fever. I know that testing is limited right now, but I am wondering if I should get tested just to be sure?

The symptoms are less likely a COVID infection. It can be simple upper respiratory tract infection or allergic cough.
No need to get tested unless you have a suspected contact with an infected person or travel history to COVID affected area.
