Question : I have had a feeling in upper abdomen like squeezing and also belching. I cannot concentrate with this symptom. I feel like I need to loosten my clothes.

Hi
Your symptoms are non specific.Prokinetic agent like Levosulpiride should be added to Proton pump inhibitor.
Ultrasound Abdomen should be done to exclude Gall bladder stones.
If Ultrasound is normal,then Upper GI endoscopy should be done to rule out Acid peptic disease.
You should take small frequent feeds.
Avoid Carbonated drinks, Caffeine products.
Please consult a Gastroenterologist and proceed further
