I Have Had A Headache For Days, It Starts In

Occipital neuralgia to consider.
Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome to "Ask a Doctor" service.
I have read your query and here is my advice.
In my opinion, symptoms you describe, may be caused by occipital neuralgia.
It is a condition that is seen in cases of compression of the upper cervical nerves that supply the back and top of the skull skin.
These nerves may be compressed/ irritated by cervical spine degerative disease ( spondylosis, arthritis, herniated disc disease, etc.).
I think that you should get evaluated further in order to achieve a correct diagnosis and for this purpose, medical examination, x-rays and MRI of your cervical spine are necessary.
Treatment, if the diagnosis will be confirmed, consists in use of soft cervical collars, use of NSAID drugs, antineuralgics, spinal injections, etc.
Discuss with your Doctor for these issues.
Hope you found the answer helpful.

Explained below.
Detailed Answer:
Hello again.
While you wait to see your Doctor, you may use heat pads on your neck, a soft cervical collar, physical therapy.
Other drugs that may be of help are antiseizure drugs such as carbamazepine, gabapentin.
In cases of conservative treatment failure, surgery ( microvascular decompression, occipital nerve stimulation ), may be an option.
Hope I helped you.
Feel free to discuss with me if you have further questions.
