Question : I have had a kidney transplant 5 months ago and I have been doing great, I had my energy back and have been doing a lot of work in my garage and over night my energy went to zero my wife has to help me bath and even use the bathroom. The doctors have run tests on me and can’t find anything and I am at a loss, this is the first time in my life I feel like if they don’t find the problem I may not live through this, please help if anyone has any suggestions.

I think it is a good news that all tests you had are normal which means that the transplant is going well and your health isn't in in risk AF a major issue.

I want to know more signs and symptoms you have in order to suspect a disease.
There is a possibility of you having a simple viral infection and you may get better in 5 to 7 days.
