Question : Hi I have had a medical the blood test results are showing:
- lymphocytes at 3.6 (it say range is 1.0-3.0);
- ALT at 43 (it says norm is <41).

Also the urine test results are showing WBC at 500.

Ive tried to make an appointment with by doctor but there are no appointments for 4 weeks. Are the above causes for concern?

Hello dear,

I will explain the reports as follows:
-The high lymphocytes are related to the presence of an infection. It is usually a viral infection that raises the level of the lymphocytes.
-ALT level is slightly elevated. It is not a matter of concern.
-WBC in urine is very high.
It indicates a urinary tract infection. In my opinion, it cannot wait for four weeks that you have the doctor appointment.
You should see your doctor earlier to get a specific treatment.
Meanwhile,I suggest to drink a lot of liquids and especially cranberry juice.
