Question : i have had a rash like irriation on my oenis for four days. my last risky sexual contact was seven months ago. i am uncirumcised.

Seems like a yeast infection. I suggest you to use a topical antifungal e.g clotrimazole cream or ketoconazole cream, twice daily for a week. In addition to that you may also take a single dose of an oral antifungal e.g fluconazole 150mg tablet. oral Fluconazole is a prescription medication.
