Question : I have had calf pain in might right leg mostly sometimes in my left leg. This has been going on for about 3-5 weeks. Don’t hurt to walk or anything just a constant discomfort. I also have forearms that seem tight and back of my right hand hurts sometimes. I have looked online of course and think I have Als or Ms. can you give me a thought on what I should do. Once I thought I had one of these disease I haven’t eaten in 8 days I’m so nervous. Also now the last couple days my muscles are twitching I hope it’s because I haven’t eaten a lot in the last 10 days.

Brief Answer:
Not a sign of MS or ALS.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
These are non specific signs and unlikely related to ALS or MS.
It can be a simple musculoskeletal pain may be due to dehydration.
As of now drink plenty of water to keep yourself hydrated.
Do you experience any anxiety related issues? Anxiety may be leads to non specific pain symptoms.
If symptoms persists you can go for a doppler scan to rule out peripheral vascular diseases or occult varicose vein.
Thanks
