Question: I have had chronic throat problems for many years. Today when i coughed out phlegm, there was little (less than a drop) blood in it. what do I do from here.

It could be minor local mucosal eruption in throat leading to bleeding.
If no more similar episodes, then nothing to worry.
Otherwise get chest xray done to rule out infection.
