Question : I have had excessive sweating on my face - indoors with airconditioning and fans blowing. When I ger up to walk I am dizzy and frail. This comes and goes.

I read your query and here is my advice.

The increased sweating can be caused by different causes like infections like T3, malignancies such Hodgkin's disease , metabolic diseases and disorders (thyrotoxicosis, diabetes, hypoglycemia).
I would recommend you to do a total blood count and formula also biochemical blood balance.
Also I want to know if you are taking any medications such tricyclic anti-depressants, propranolol, venlafaxine etc. that are known to cause excessive sweating as side effect.
